Hey there, I’m Erick Rojas—a Senior Technical Designer with 15+ years in the apparel world. I grew up in sunny Southern California, raised by my amazing single mom who worked in the garment industry. Watching her dedication to creating great-fitting clothes got me hooked on apparel pattern-making and production pretty early on, and that spark has guided my career ever since.
From sewing my own projects to diving into the entire journey of how a garment comes together, I’ve built a solid understanding of how clothes are made. That hands-on experience shapes how I approach every fit tweak and design solution. My background in garment construction and patternmaking means I can team up seamlessly with designers, product developers, and factories to create apparel that stands out.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with some major premium denim brands, and now I’m at JCPenney, managing the Big & Tall and denim categories for all men’s private label brands.
I’m all about crafting clothes that don’t just look awesome but fit like a dream. Known for my sharp eye for detail, spot-on pattern corrections, and “get-it-done” attitude, I take pride in turning creative ideas into top-notch, wearable pieces.
